Each NOC facility includes servers, workstations, monitors, and software set up on pods, per each utility client’s request. With 24 X 7 staffing, IGSolutions physically monitors electric grid elements across multiple utility grids around the world. In addition, IGSolutions captures and stores forward meter management data, as required by utility contracts.

Further, IGSolutions proactively monitors grid network performance and has the capacity to dispatch, alarm, and notify all utility service/line/response crews as needed. Finally, when IGSolutions manages Demand Response programs for client utilities, the company works with operations or utility load management groups to notify customers of market change conditions and activates load reduction programs. IGSolutions will also notify the utility of affected load reductions, and captures key data such as billing information as necessary.
